They are clearly displayed on each property page.</p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-semibold mb-4\">Cancellation policies</h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-semibold mb-2 text-green-700\">Flexible</h3><p class=\"mb-4\">Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night and the service fee will be retained.</p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-semibold mb-2 text-yellow-700\">Moderate</h3><p class=\"mb-4\">Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. After that, 50% of the remaining booking amount will be retained.</p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-semibold mb-2 text-red-700\">Strict</h3><p class=\"mb-4\">50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued.</p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-semibold mb-4 mt-8\">How to cancel a booking</h2><ol class=\"list-decimal pl-6 mb-4 space-y-2\"><li>Log in to your user account.</li><li>Go to “My trips”.</li><li>Select the booking you want to cancel.</li><li>Click “Cancel booking” and follow the instructions.</li></ol><p class=\"mb-4\">The refunded amount will be credited within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.</p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-semibold mb-4 mt-8\">Extraordinary circumstances</h2><p class=\"mb-4\">In exceptional cases, such as serious illness or natural disasters, we may offer a goodwill arrangement that differs from the standard policies. Please contact our support team in such cases.</p>"
